Allowing the space between, in the unknown
There are times in life where we just really don't know where we're going, where it feels like the rug has been pulled out beneath us. Where we're flying out into a space unknown, jumping off the cliff. And in these times of not knowing...
can we just take a breath?
Without trying to reach out for the next step. Or to fix the thing that you think is broken. Or change something you think you can make better. What if instead, you just take a breath.
What if instead, you allow that breath, the inspiration (the etymology of inspiration is to breathe in) to show you the next step? To allow yourself to be inspired by life itself. Not by your fears of losing something, or not getting it right, but by something truly inspired that moves you to where you're meant to be.
Today’s video, I walk through this short contemplation, exploring how we may taking moments to allow the space between. I would love to hear your reflections in the comments.
I’m now open for 1:1 sessions as well as longer containers, if you’d like to meet please book here: https://scheduler.zoom.us/sarah-ting
