Tuning into our OKness in the Chaos
Wherever you are, whatever you're thinking, whatever you're struggling with today, it's ok to be where you're at. It's ok to not be ok, if you're not ok this week. It's ok to not have things figured out. It's ok to not have the answers to the next step of the next chapter of your life. It's ok to just take a moment, a breather, a little bit of space just for yourself if you can.
It's ok.
It's ok if you made a mistake. It's ok if you made a million mistakes. This doesn't mean it's ok in terms of not having responsibilities and accountability, but it's ok in the greater sense that you could never fundamentally be wrong as a human being. You can do wrong things, you can hurt people. You can make mistakes that you need to take responsibility and accountability for, because we all need to do that--but what helps us step more into that accountability and responsibility is knowing, feeling, and being affirmed in our OKness.
So in today’s video below, I walk through a meditation to connect into this sense of OKness that we all have within us but may not be tuned into. To feel a sense of our OKness in the midst of the chaos of our lives and the world today, to feel empowered to be who we want to be through it all.
I would love to hear what this brings up for you, leave a comment below the video on YouTube.
